For some reason I cant update the tags. I tried to remove the flat_chest tag and put small_breasts there instead. Why I cant do that? Could someone else do it?

Because for better or worse, small_breasts is aliased to flat_chest.

Oh thats just silly. If a girl has small breasts, it doesnt mean she has flat chest :(
