Lesee... Nagatsuki, Suzuya, Zuikaku (depending on artist), Yuugumo, Yuubari (Melon), and Takanami; I think that's all of them. Admittedly, only Yuugumo and Nagatsuki are bright green.

Yeah, I should have remembered at least Nagatsuki but my brain must have stopped, I knew there were some but nothing came up at the moment.
... Akagi is a quest reward, isn't it? But then again, a lot players got other CV before actually clearing that quest.
Yeah, but in order to clear the quest, you already need a CV/L of some sort. Most new Admirals get a CVL from construction, then clear the quest for Akagi, then use her to help at 1-4, assuming they can't brute force it.
