I can't read the first few letters of the translation of the temple's name. The box is going to the left of my screen, and all I can see is "en Balls Temple"

I am very tempted to change the translation simply because 金玉堂 does not equate to Golden Balls Temple.

金玉堂 should be an abbreviation of 金玉满堂 (lit. hall filled with gold and jade), which means abundant wealth.
Incidentally, the meaning of the word 玉 is different in Chinese and Japanese, the former being jade and the latter ball.

Yeah, that's partly my research failure, partly me wanting to communicate more immediately how the sign appeared to Sanae.

I suspect that about half of Sanaewife's appearances should expect tagged as female_pervert.
