Actually, it's pretty clear Extra Is wearing the normal undergarment her 'standard' outfit comes with. It's only difficult to see because of the sheer outer garment. If I can tell on an iPhone, then it should be easy enough to see on an LT or DT.

The line of the 'leotard/panty' is just to the right of the 'point' covering the apex of her legs. In any case; maybe it's easier for me to see/recognize because I've played Extra and CCC so much?
