It was absolutely the intention. This is the high-level seduction technique Suzuya taught her in post #2383972.

See, now we are shown the real reason she's spent the past several strips hiding her pantsu: it's so that Tokonatsu-kun knows Fubuki is aware of her pantsu being seen. That way, when she finally does put them fully on display, as seen here, there can be no doubt that she's 100% doing it on purpose.

Well, at least, there wasn't supposed to be any doubt, but from Tokonatsu-kun's final thought, it seems he still suffers from severe harem protagonist-itis (despite only having a harem of one).

(Also, I suspect this particular pantsu peek is meant to be a callback to post #2244109 and post #2244110, when it was still entirely likely not to be on purpose.)

First of all, the translation is wrong. That is why I changed it.
見てください＝Look or Please look (in this case, "Look" is fine)

It does not strictly translate into the English verb "to be" (despite what your textbook may tell you). Context may modify the meaning of the sentence.

"Look! Mangoes! They're mangoes!" is somewhat awkward (Imagine holding up a pencil and saying "Pencil! It's a pencil!"). The overall meaning of the third sentence is, clearly, to add emphasis, and the translation reflects that, by using "see" as an interjection/command (and not as the the verb "to see").

Aaaaaand, blah blah, mangoes are plural, mangoes should not be capitalized in the middle of a sentence because we ain't speaking German here, and "its" means "something belonging to it" and not "it is" (which is "it's").

I do understand what you are trying to say.
I am Japanese so I was not going by textbooks and whatever those things tell you.
I liked how you gave the pencil example. I do agree with you.
But to me, for the third line "マンゴーです！" part...since it has "です" and since Fubuki just found those mangoes and is excited to find them, in a conversation wise, I still would use "They're" or "It's".
What would you say if you find something interesting and excited to find it?

Anyways...I do understand your translation and respect it. After all it does let the readers know what she is saying.

You would more likely put 'They're' or 'It's' if they were things that one would not immediately think are mangoes - like if they were a strange color or shape; or if it's unexpected that there were mangoes at all (which are not a completely unexpected thing to find on a tropical island). English uses considerably more stress and accentuation to convey meaning than Japanese does, which does not map nearly as cleanly to written text. Re-statement with greater force is very very common in spoken English. (Often while pointing/shaking/drawing attention to an object). Indeed, even with 'they're', you'd likely stress the mango part.

And as NNesico said, the 'see' at the end, while related to the verb, is a simple intensifier when put at the end, requesting greater attention to the matter at hand. And while ほら also functions in the same way, not having ほら does not demand that 'see' not be present. English is messy, unfortunately. ほら can be translated in a large variety of ways, depending on the situation and tone that you wish to convey from a character; but they all relate to bringing attention to an object or situation. And hence vice versa, having 'see' does not mandate that the Japanese have ほら either, as attention-getting in Japanese also occurs in a variety of ways.

Being taught semantic meta-language really changes how you approach translation...
