    Yep... Kogasa is inverting them to keep it raining. Someone added the pixiv tag "Ability to make it rain in America for more than one week" (which, of course is a reference to Muzuki Hitoshi Kogasa-san). Also added was the "Dirty deed done dirt easy" tag.

    (These teruterubouzu have been giving me a Gipple (from Mahougin Guruguru) vibe for some reason... but now that they're flipped we can see that they don't have fundoshi on.)
