The other two are... Shiranui and Kuroshiro?

Not 100% sure but the other 2 girls next to Murakumo look like Kuroshio and Shiranui, the Kagerou-style uniform is so easy to spot, but the angle of the picture makes one of them hard to see the details.

Sad Bucky makes my heart cry.

I sure hope he's not trying to get reassigned to another base during these "business trips".
