These are craftworld eldar, not those Commoragh types
The one on the right looks like an ara-ara type and the left is the "incapable of having emotions or understanding of things outside of the battle plan" type

I can never understand why some 40k fans still insist of stereotyping the Eldar as an arrogant race who don't care about the other races except theirs.
The lore has shown that despite their pride, they sometimes can be kind and grateful to humans.
One story had the Grey Knights save a Craftworld from a Daemon invasion, drove the Daemons out and saving the Craftworld's Soulstones. When Eldar reinforcements arrive, not only were they shock on what the Grey Knights did but were also thankful for saving their Soulstones with the Eldar Seer promising to never forget the names of the Grey Knights who died saving their kin.
In another story, the Eldar worked together with the Tallarn Desert Raiders 12th Regiment to seal a Warp Gate that was accidentally opened by the humans. After sealing the Gate, both sides grew to respect each other and both left in peace with both races exchanged promises of friendship.
And in one novel about the Eldar, they seem to be fond of human children where one female Eldar tried to save a lost human child. Sadly, she was forced to kill the child when the child is revealed to be possessed by a Daemon.
I'd say that is exactly why the 40K universe is fascinating, at least in my opinion. Since every power here is more or less xenophobic and full of themselves, these tales of co-operation and co-existence shines. Working together to defeat a common enemy, fighting together for a common purpose, or maybe just acting out of the purest from of genuine heart, all of these are appreciated.

But the Eldar have gotten more neutral depictions before. The pair from the novel Farseer were largely cooperative and Deathwatch rites of battlehas a Eldar Corsair under willing house arrest of sorts in one of the deathwatch fortresses, who is noted to be quite affable and polite.
Keep in mind, the Eldar on the whole view us like animals (not in the sense of cattle, just that we are of a distinct category beneath them) and not a primary threat. If anything, we are more likely to be dangerous through accident rather than intention owing to the vast scale of colonization, psykers going nuclear/possessed, cults knowingly trying to summon greater demons that will wipe out an entire solar system in rage, infiltration by genestealers (of which humans are the most likely to fall host to).
Craftworld eldar have better things to do than bother with humans, Corsairs are a really mixed bag that range from 'craftworlders with a wanderlust' to 'one step away from joining the Dark Eldar.' Dark Eldar have a pretty small presence, since the leadership is smart enough to know that if they were to pop up on the Imperium's radar, they would eventually get pushed back by the sheer force of numbers (I remember one short blurb from the gothic book mentioning that an imperial battlecruiser destroyed some dark eldar scouts by just firing so many rounds that they ran out of places to dodge too).
At the end of the day, Craftworld Eldar are more likely to manipulate humans for their own needs, but are pragmatic in the sense that if they are going to double-cross you, they don't do it half-way.
Also, any depiction of anything in WH40K can always be handwaved as Imperial propaganda (or propaganda from whatever other faction if it isn't being told from the human perspective). And "the Eldar are arrogant" is exactly the sort of thing the Empire would prefer you to believe about xenos, lest you fall into heresy by consorting with them.

Well, except for the Biel-Tan. Those guys are just straight up assholes who’d suck Khaine THE BLOODY HANDED’S dick if they could. Not Khorne’s, that’s a bit too far, but Khaine is pretty damn close.
