Probably the reason their amusement park is now abandoned, all the debt in making their attractions out of the same materials they'd build bunkers and military vehicles.

most likely maho shots a blank shot to that.

They could simply remove the turrets and have a lighter tank with a lower profile, because they don't use them anyway.
