If he was referring to region-locking, the Playstation Vita has none.

As for the Vita version of the game, yes, the physical copy of the game is playable on any Vita (with some minimum firmware). The only real restriction on the game is that any DLC that ever gets released for the game will only be usable on a Japanese account.
Yes, Gollgagh and laisy. Sorry for my bad english here, but I really meant that I didn't like the game on PC and I think that the game would fit better on a smartphone/handheld. Well, something that you play while doing other things. With the lottery, I didn't have any problems^^. And thanks for your answers. Especially the thing about the DLC :3.
