Hmmo, as Snesso pointed out via Yara on IRC, this is also almost certainly a reference to PPD! - the facial expression is certainly more characteristic of Miyako's personality. Maybe the artist got berated by people who didn't get this pretty far-fetched reference, and made it into the more direct one in post #242203...

I think not only miyako, but anyone could not study in that situation
