I think this is supposed to be a hypothetical "Kancolle Go"; note the gear where the Pokeball would normally be.

Somebody fund this so we can get a Kancolle GO with Gouta's Shigure and every one of Jakoo's kanmusu.

I'll retag it for now, but note that could also be a camera button as there's no CP or other user interface elements to suggest that it's the game.

If they'd had a menu like post #2426365, then we'd have a clearcut copy or parody of Pokemon Go.
