Well, better pull the topic out again. These TOS don't seem to be recognized by the flaggers when they are rules.

"Poor Compression" is listed as one of the reasons given for flagging a post when you click the Flag button, that's all I said. Though it's also listed in the ToS under restricted content with a technicality about having "no better version available." I think compression looks ugly enough to where I skip over most Twitter uploads when approving, but that's just me.

Well, I've make a post in the forum about the TOS now, since the rules here aren't the best (the nude filter part is still in the TOS :o)
And I think you're right. In fact, EB said that to me as well after I brougt this topic via DM to him. Your last sentence, because it would be in some way unfair to the approvers to approve such posts then^^.
But this doesn't explain the difference from the flag window and the TOS because in this case, they seem to contradict each other

Is this the best quality copy you can find online at the moment? If so, then it can stay until the artist uploads it to Pixiv. Then you can delete it.
