I'm guessing that Sanae got an idea where the plot is: Hijiri and Kanako found out about Sanae's work -> H-doujin stuffs happen -> end. Basically, filing a complain is just the starting plot.

All religions shall "unite" in Sanae's eyes!

Uhh, I tried "fixing" the translation. First bubble felt a little bit unnatural and the second was flat out incorrect.
