Ok, this might just be me wondering, but how the hell does her right foot work? Not like the toes are wrong or something, but apparently her left foot goes straight in her right, forcing it to "break" in an weird angle to come out like this? anyone else opinion?

Her left foot must be pushing the bottom femur and bending the bone inward. Either way it has to be a very painful foot pose to pull of.

I can explain why it happened; the ankle and foot were drawn separately. There's just a bit of line error on the leg that makes the perspective show that her foot isn't attached to her leg. I can do the pose myself just fine, but it just wasn't rendered quite right. Her knee should be lower, and her shin shortened to represent a little bit of leg hidden behind the other foot. Instead, the little bulb on her ankle is showing above said foot.

or simply: the artist should have drawn her right foot with her toes down (to the ground) and more slightly covered by her left foot, towards the ankle, and everything would be fine.
If that right foot would be little bit thicker and left moved slightly up I think this image would look fine, but indeed with that thin right foot this deserve bad_anatomy tag.
Well but if we would forget about that left foot this Shoukaku is really hot.
