Built in England and shipped off but a year after being laid down. Truly expecting Kongou to English would be to expect someone to write a travel guide to Venice after having a week-old crepe and a little drown in the Grand Canal.

On a side note, very much hoping for a creation of a new line of memes starring English-bereft, starstruck Kongous.

Warspite stole Kongo's Desu and probably sounds cuter.

Read it as in "spite for war" Warspite. I think its motto means roughly that in Latin.
