Actually, wasn't a troll attempt. I'm partly color-blind, which is one reason I said 'fairly' sure, instead of completely. Height's pretty had to judge, thanks to the odd perspective. It may be the lighting in this picture, but the hair and eyes are very washed out, so I wasn't sure. The hair's a bit too wild for Rolo, but not quite wild enough for Suzaku. Generally, Suazaku is shown with noticably darker skin than Lelou. Lastly, Suzaku's chin is usually equally as pointed as Lelou, while this guy's got a bit more rounded chin, like Rolo. Maybe it's some bizarre hybrid...
