Is that the Skyhold and the Warswords of the Valarjar?
Not sure about Skyhold, but the sword being brandished is Stromkar the Warbreaker. No clue what the one on her shoulder is, it lacks the serrated-teeth look of the Warswords.
Edit: That one is Stromkar as well. Just one of its alternate skins.
