I won't be surprised if Mikasa impresses the hell out of the battleships by teaching them how to old school line battle though Warspite may know a thing or two about getting up close and personal since she was kinda present during such battle types.
Reminds me... it would be amusing to see if all four Kongou sisters can borrow Warspite's 15 inch gun turrets and find they are sort of interchangeable despite the barbettes screaming otherwise.

Plus Mikasa ain't really that much of a granny (she only served 21 years before becoming a museum)when compared to some other ships that Japan had during that time like Tokiwa (46 years before sunk), Yakumo (45 years before scrapped) Izumo&Iwate (44 years before sunk) or Kasuga (41 years before sunk).
