If you have iOS, you put it inside a folder. In my case it's This PC > Pictures > Saved Pictures. Then you open the iTunes on your computer (connect your iPhone first), click the mobile symbol and you should see the category " photos ". Click on that, and select " Selected folders ". Now you get folders to select. Select the folder you have the pictures in, and synch it.
Or you upload the picture on imgur from your computer (or whatever you use to upload pictures) and download it from you imgur to your mobile.
