Don't get huffy. Don't say "it looks fine". Explain why you think the flag is wrong. Provide evidence.

In this case, I think the anatomy is acceptable BECAUSE

1: That is not the clavicle, that is the apparent top of her pectoral muscles, being pulled up by the raised arms
2: Her armpit, where the most obvious separator between her pectorals and her bicep would be, is being covered up by the shred of happi; it is not a contiguous muscle group.

The problem could also be the position of her arm. The upper chest looks how I'd expect to see it if she were at about a 45deg angle to the viewer but the arm and shoulder are drawn as if she were laying flat and straight with us, so it looks like her shoulder joint is attached to the top of her ribcage.

Bad perspective is not the problem here. The shoulder is nonexistent.

The shoulder is behind the arm. Go look at someone whose arm is up.

I can't take that flat seriously when it says "that's a first :>".
It's gotta be someone trolling.
