I'm not sure is seiyuu_connection tag should be used here - Mitsuishi Kotono does not voiced Nico, just her mother.

Nico Yazawa is voiced by Sora Tokui, not Kotono Mitsuishi.
The only "connection" here is the Sailormoon reference and the mention of Nico's mother. It's a bit of a stretch
