i think this one is pass because the left foot(the one on the top) is directly facing the viewer, while the right foot(the one on the bottom) is sideway to viewers' eyes. this should create abit of size difference illusion(or illusion of the width for this matter), and this is how it should be drawn.

also i should question whether this one really warrant the tag bad perspective. it's looks decent imo.
