What I want to know is, do any other ships exist in this naval base besides the 6th Des Div and Kumas? Because they are always walking in on one another, and nobody else...

I was going to bring up all the shipgirls that were earlier in the series with Wo-chan, but that seems to be a different admiral, as he was blonde.

It's a pretty big Naval Base, its funny how we only ever see those two classes here.
It's almost like... the artist didn't want to draw any new girls.
