うう ("uu") in this context is the sound of fretting or crying. It gets translated as "uuugh" a lot, but I don't think that's ever been a good translation of it, as it's trying to make an existing approximation where none needs to be made.
I use this as an excuse to go full weeb on it and just make it straight "uuuu", since that's how it sounds.

In a more general setting, I would personally translate "Aaah..." because that sound carries basically the same tone and emotion in English and Japanese and is a sound actually used in English. Of course people who would be using this site would understand it either way so for this audience goin' full weeb works, haha.
Its "poi" poi. You wouldn't put, "like" in all of Yuudachi's sentences. Poi sounds cuter.
Given that's how Paracite (and some others) translate her here, that statement gives me a giggle. (You can take Paracite out of that search's parameters to see others, it just makes the search take less time which I assume means it also pisses off the database less.)
There's a case for using both. If yuudachi is being enthusiastic it makes sense for the poi to act as a sort of exclamation point/emphasis marker.
If she's just, like, talking, then there's nothing wrong with making her a little valley girlish. She is a sort of ditzy blonde alpha girl and it suits her.
And if if she's using poi literally there's -ish. It's a rich tapestry.

Yeah, I know from the early discussions of her the consensus was to favor for "like" instead of "poi" in order to not make her annoying but I actually like that kind of obnoxiousness. Similar to why I like Nimu's "Hey, hey, hey!" even though apparently some people want to strangle her for it. Oh well, I'm not a translator or contributor so my opinion means jack and shit anyways.
sadanguishOhhh... I'm no match for his strength...Will this be my fate...?
