Many technical painting terms, as well as small kanji I can't read. Translation check is appreciated.

Vanishing point likely refers to Vanish Point, which is a term [perspective-related], so I just corrected it to that. Can't read the wall of Kanji to confirm though.

Also, I'm not really well-versed in arts and just know vanish point by coincidence, so can't help with other terms...

The proper term is "vanishing point". Also, "arts" can refer to any creative application of skill or technique and the study thereof, especially for the fine arts, the performing arts (e.g. theater and dance), and literature. More generically, it can also refer to any of the liberal arts (non science/technical/professional subjects)

"Art" is the word you're looking for. This generally refers to painting and sculpture (two of the fine arts). This can occasionally be capitalized to distinguish this from other uses of the word "art" (e.g. any demonstration of skill or mastery), especially when referring to a specific school subject (e.g. Art 101).

This building here...you rotated it, but since all these objects are on the same 2D perspective...
that's why, compared to the original vanishing point, after rotating it you--
