I'm sure this is just a coincidence, but how well are western memes known in Japan?
Shit! My unconscious racial bias is getting rusty. At first, I was like, "Calling people black so loudly... naw, she's not talking about race. I know Eiki." I should have been able to perceive that meme.
For those who don't know, Someone made a meme by adding the words n**** stole my bike to the training interlude of Punch-Out!! for the NES. As of this comment being posted, only a handful of videos involving this meme can be played without an account, here's one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iL7nX9W3aOU
In the third panel, Eiki(yamada_4season)'s post is reference to 卒業(Graduation), and y_ozaki's post is reference to 15の夜(A Night at 15). Both songs are sung by Yutaka Ozaki. "White or black(白黒をつける)" is a Japanese idiom which comes from Go and means to make the answer clear. I don't think this is a Punch Out meme.(sorry for my poor english)

When he was a student, Defendant A once snuck into the school at night and broke the school's windows.
It was most likely just a youthful mistake, however, so can I forgive him?
Please answer WHITE or BLACK
