Given the general track record of things, the adult male over the female child, at least to a "reasonable doubt", since "he said, she said" tends to mean the accused walks.

This is why I would not/do not mind living in a surveillance society. My shits clean, so if others try to wipe theirs off on me I would appreciate video proof.
