not bad.. hell.. she's freaking awesome... AACI, PreASW, even her damage was good. Balance for everything... except scouting. Give Her An OTO 152mm (Max), Mk.28 Sec HA Gun, and Type 4 SONAR (Improve or not). and she will be your Fav Light Cruiser.
