Since the flagger doesn't really specify what is bad, I can only refute that it is not bad quality. I can see issues, but they don't make the picture horrible enough to be deleted.

Well, I'm not the flagger, but I might as well be.
So I'm trying to explain what flaws I do see (maybe not the flagger):
-Back neck (pushed forward and starts very low, see the black line, and collarbone is too low.
-Breasts are looking off, too. Right one in particular looks with that shape that it doesn't fit the body.
-Right arm looks longer. Might be false, but I get a much longer length for it. Could be due to perspective, but should be mentioned.
