I believe it's the case that Sae's "-han" honorific is chalked up to her Kyoto accent, so it should be intentionally in line with her character and not a typo.
Kansai-ben is as much it's own "Language" as Kockney and other weird dialects that are technically not another language and instead still part of their main language.
