That last card's Scarlet Meister. She's on Hard mode. Although, given who it is, Lunatic is a choice. She definitely used a continue. I dare you to get through thousand needle mountain and young demon lord with that low a graze count.

I'm pretty sure that that's not scarlet meister, but remilia's first non-spell on Normal. It cannot be a spellcard without the card name :P

If you don't use a bomb at the start of stage 2 to autocollect (and she didn't, she has the starting bombs + daiyousei' one), arriving with that score on Cirno is perfectly doable.
Read what I said again. When your score ends in anything other then a 0 that means you used a continue. And if she used a continue before getting the bomb then she would have four bombs.

Or just failed to actually kill enough faeries to get points - if most of her points came from the bosses and she defeated them when there weren't many bullets on screen, it would be possible for her to have such a score in later levels.

I wasn't talking about Kaguya's score (whether it's low or not).
I was pointing out that if she had 4 bombs (the 3 you start with and the one you get from defeating Daiyousei) and a score ending in a 1 (which means a continue was used, which in turn means that three lives were lost) by the time she reached Cirno, then she must have used a continue before defeating Dai -- and, somehow, not died between then and the start of Cirno's Perfect Freeze spellcard.
It's possible the two screens are in a different playthrough - she failed and used a continue early in the first one, and now is better, and only continued somewhere around Sakuya the second time around. (Which isn't surprising - Sakuya is disturbingly tricky, what with her irregularly hit boxed shots.)

Suddenly, Game Mechanics! I just checked, and using a continue adds 1 to your score counter, as said. Then, if this were one playthrough, that would mean she used a continue during or before stage 2, and then never used another continue until the end of the game. She either died twice or three times, depending on how she did against Meiling. Either way, I find it highly unlikely that she died more times in the first two stages than the rest of the game. She's practicing. And hasn't yet beaten the high score, set by... Eirin? Mokou? Who...? What? How?
