    The Child Admiral Has Debuted 91

    Well, time to start up again.

    I made a minor announcement about this at the end of the previous video, but with this round of posts, this series will come to an end.

    Despite persisting that it's an "end", it feels like I'd still like to continue it, but for now, starting at New Year's, I'll be doing original art for Reitaisai, like I did last year, so I plan to put these posts on hiatus for a while. That's what I plan.

    Wait, does gossip really get broken down that fast?

    I don't understand how "We get to take a break!" gets turned into "The admiral's gonna leave!" so quickly. How can you mishear that?

    It's not like the real telephone game where people whisper and they only get one chance to say whatever, here people are straight up talking to each other and can thus confirm/deny what they hear, right?

    Yes, real Gossip does get broken down(not as fast as 3 conversations) but it does. Also you're incorrectly assuming all these girls are always directly talking to each other. That's not how real gossip works.

    2 people have a direct conversation in a hallway, a 3rd person walking in the 2nd hallway over over hears half of it, they talk to their friends about what they heard and the mutation already happens.

    Multiply the halfway over hearing a couple of times and it's easy to see why a big conclustion get's jumped upon. I've personally had such a mutation happen to me. Me and my girlfriend were having troubles and within a week, a bunch of friends and acquantinces assumed I knocked up some other chick and I was triple timing my girlfriend.

    A little, but I'm amazed he managed to keep it running for this long, it has to be one of his longest series. I will miss it for sure but based on what he said there is a good chance it might return to us again.

    One of the longest?

    Scarlet Devil School and Four Seasons House were much, much longer than this.

    One of the longest = Top five

    Café Myouren Temple and Cardboard House Minoriko is longer than this but Scarlet Devil School is actually shorter. So it's the fourth longest one he's done. (Someone correct me if I'm wrong.)

    I would also hazard to say that this is perhaps the series with the most actual unique drawings in it - I feel that there's less reuse of backgrounds and poses.

    Cardboard House Minoriko was basically copy/paste for most of it, really...

    Depends on how you count, but he has 32 pools with series here on Danbooru. Granted, 18 of them have less than 10 images, but that's still 14 with more than 10 images, but only 5 with more than 50.

    The Gentlemanly Girlfriend story, despite being short, also has a lot of unique backgrounds and poses.

    Also, I would so marry this Yamashiro.
