I don't expect much considering this is Reimu who is lax in these kinds of things, if she didn't drive away the Three Fairies of Light I doubt she will drive away Clownpiece as long as she doesn't cause mischief.

Not expecting Reimu to go on the war path, such a serious turn would not be in keeping for the usual feel of the Sangetsusei manga.
I wonder... in the second chapter Clownpiece said she spent most of the winter in her hide away under the shrine, now Reimu knows that hide away is there she may not be able to go back to it. If that were the case I'd like to think that would lead to Clownpiece moving in with the Three Fairies during the next winter, assuming the manga sticks with the seasonal change each chapter set up it has going on. Unlikely to happen but it is nice to dream.
