So weird,

I kept writing /original/ and it kept returning "file not found".
Even when i clicked download, it gave the other images.

Seems to work now.

I notice sometimes /original/ doesn't work and Firefox tells me that the file is corrupted. Strange site.

I think it could be fixed if you email them but I haven't gone so far yet. In my one correspondence with them (screenshot ) they told me that they don't make originals public in order to save on bandwidth hence why we must make the change manually.

Thanks for finding the other artist entry by the way... I should have done a thorough search lol.

It's really weird that the "download" image is also not the original.
I don't think any other site does this. Usually, if an uploaded image is compressed, that's the only version available, but not here.

Btw, I'm actually using Opera and, since these newer versions are based on Chrome, I'd assume it works the same there.
So maybe, Artistnation only works with Internet Explorer and Safari :/

I'm sorry, what do you think the problem in functionality is? The download/larger image link should be broken on every browser, regardless of its rendering engine. They deliberately do not link to the /original/ to avoid bandwidth overload. It doesn't seem very intuitive or intelligent to me personally but as far as I know this is the issue, not different functionality across browsers.

I don't have access to Safari (I believe it was discontinued for Windows) however I just checked with IE and the links were the same.
