The order of the bubbles leads you to think that Shizuku is suggesting they do it again, but the dialogue itself leads me to believe that Nana is actually speaking with 2 bubbles in a row near the end. It's really weird because the bubble overlaps with the other one, implying it's interrupting. I'm fairly certain Nana is speaking twice there.
