    I'm having a hard time with Chiyo, but I know she's saying "Don't call me a 5th grade loli"..
    ..or maybe it's ちょ as in wait (ちょっと). Which would mean in the end "Wait you! Don't call me a fifth grade loli!" Only a translator senpai can show if i'm correct or not.

    You are correct, "cho" is the flustered/surprised "chotto" in this context.
