Is there a reason that the mods haven't approved this? It's nearly identical to post #2598972; same art style, pose, and everything. Maybe they don't like Houshou-san.

Because mods aren't omnipresent, and it takes some time for them to get through the backlog. It hasn't even been a full day.

And mods that use the Moderation Queue start from the oldest image first.
