What's the difference between this version and my upload?
Don't know man, just saw your upload doesn't have a source then i searched for some of her pics in pixiv and i saw this so i tried to upload it and it worked, kinda weird.

You can just edit the source instead for future reference. It helps to prevent double posting. Thanks for finding the source anyway, though ;)

The child post has noticeable compression artifacts and probably originally came from the Twitter version rather than Pixiv. There is nothing wrong with a "double post" when it is of superior quality.
If you don't have a link to the original source, try to use SauceNAO and IQDB before uploading.
