Is there really anyone doubting she's cute, other than maybe herself?
I didn't care much for Yamakaze due to her kind of depressive mood (at least from my initial impressions). It seems that fanworks are showing her dere side though.
Nah, more like "OMG, OMG, OMG my sister is so cute!!! I wanna hug her!!! OMG, OMG" kind of feeling/situation.
Kinda like how most people here react to her by default? Well, aside from the "sister" part.

I don't find her depressive as much as shy, somewhat reclusive, and very careful. She has some brighter moments, though.

I don't really get why. I mean I guess she's kinda cute and such but I don't feel anything special towards her, I still prefer Harusame among the Shiratsuyu-class.

It's the "I want to protect her" feeling she inspires in so many.
I don't usually like the shy and reclusive type, but I find her strangely endearing anyway. Being the final Shiratsuyu to complete the entire class might be part of it. Still, Yuudachi all the way.
