    Depends on what kind of 'hurt' you're talking. Prolapsed uterus does not cause pain, only discomfort like you're having unfinished poop hanging from your asshole. The stretching and possible tearing of the associated nerve endings on the tip---or you can say, outer lips ---of the cervix however, would cause pain.
