Nah, Peashy is PC engine as in the TurboGrafx-16, not as in "general-purpose home computing device that plays games too".
I'm pretty sure Vert does double-duty representing the latter as well as XBox, given her two most notable traits other than being a siscon are her MMO addiction and her eroge habits - porn and MMOs being the two big things that Japanese gamers use PCs for insofar as I'm aware.
