For starters: crotch and legs are oddly lumpy, neck is growing out of her shoulder, and her torso and abdomen seem to be drawn from two different angles.

I thought lumpy just equals meaty. Like this? Those are puffy sleeves so the actually shoulder is probably a little lower, connecting to the neck line. Leaning back with a slight angle. Not sure if I should appeal. With the way things are looking, this won't survive. A shame really.

I see nothing wrong with this reason, though.
It's always the same: As long as the flag does somehow wants that the posts gets reviewed with the guidelines in howto:flag, then it's ok.
If the flag would have the reason "loli", then it's another thing.
