Can't really see the stretch here. The arms look like they have the correct length, the head fits with the torso length and the breasts are at a decent height. The only that looks a bit iff is the crotch.

The neck is fairly long, the breasts are much too low and look bad (perfectly round and sticking straight out of the chest), the lack of curves on the torso because of the shoulder jacket make the pose look very awkward, and for some reason the shoulder jacket/shirt curves inward instead of falling straight, the hips are way too thin (The ideal ratio is 1:1 for shoulder:hip width, here it's 1.25:1 (5:4)), the ass visible through the thigh isn't drawn very well, the thighs are flat and are practically straight lines.
Not sure why it got approved and re-approved, it looks pretty atrocious on my end.
Correct. I don't get the problem (again). If you think a flag is deserved, then a flag is deserved for now. What will come out of this flag are deciding the OTHER Janitors.
