Either he doesn't sleep or have a job and has multiple people running diversionary tactics just to let one person do all the actual flagging, or there's been more than one person involved in flagging. It's simply that most of them don't verbally argue back why they flagged something (flags were made anonymous for a reason), and one of them does.
While there is a difference of opinion between individuals, there are certainly groups of people that form as much of a clique as make up the noisy dissenters of the cleanup process. Besides that, looking at the queue, the vast majority of flags are for sample images. Even leaving those aside, I see a lot more 10-year-old Albert uploads than new stuff.
And Hell, the only thing that annoys me is that people are so ludicrously focused upon hip joints, while they at the same time keep on approving crappy giant breasted futanari furry porn sketches.
He's been doing a little longer then that and while he may be overzealous at times I think he really is just trying to help the site.

Much as I'd like to believe it's a variety of different people (and it is to some extent, thankfully), with flag reasons like those it's really only obvious who it is, or if not at that, you can deduce its the same person. And yes, most of the images in the flag queue are samples which pretty much fly by. And old albert stuff.
I've never approved, much less seen these 'crappy giant breasted futanari furry porn' sketches, but I can only assume those would also be flagged, wouldn't they now? Because I would really only be fairly lenient to two of those (futanari and giant breasts), of which neither I've approved content of yet.
EDIT: But I can agree on the hip joints thing. Dunno what makes that such an anatomical focus either. It's true your eyes are drawn to them but these aren't really that bad in my opinion.
The flag reason wasn't complaining about hip joints or hips, but because there doesn't seem to be a torso, because of these large and more importantly high crotch + hips.

@Provence I was speaking more generally about the "flagging boom", as was Mikaeri, when I was talking about "more than one person", and making a broad generalization about those flags to characterize them as "focused upon hip joints".
@NWSiaCB I'm afraid, but there isn' such a thing like "flagging boom". Maybe it seems that way, but like I mentioned multiple times (maybe not to you directly), but the same thing was done some months ago.
Yes, well, I put it in quotes for that reason. (Although I guess it depends on where you count the start, it could be considered one "continuous boom" that has gone on for months if one's baseline was not ever really noticing flags.)
