If it's any consolation, I'd approve it if I could. Haha.

You know, there are different criteria for approving different things. If a work is "just" pretty fanart of an anime character, it has to pass a higher standard of quality than something that has other content to entertain the viewer, such as, say, a joke post.

In this case, it's a matter of whether or not breast groping gags are done to death enough for some people...

With the commentary, I'd be more inclined to approve it.
