It pisses me off because he makes it very, VERY clear that his entire goal is to make Rydia look great by twisting Rosa into some nasty caricature of who she really is and letting his ideal version of Rydia play off that. It's not how obvious it is, it's the fact that he disrespects my favorite character so blatantly, which I would be able to pass on except that I've run into idiots who think that actually IS what Rosa's like.

It's about intention. I'm calming down a bit on my ranting about it, but in sum, I get the distinct impression that the primary reason Rosa is in his doujins and portrayed the way she is is to make Rydia look better. I could even cite specific things if it's that big of a deal, but I'll just leave it alone for now.
Overall, it's a combination of what's in the doujins, that someone was going around making up something about her backstory that amounts to "Rosa is a whore" (they said it was from some supposed Japanese guide book of the game), and running across enough people that actually believed that claim and spread it around as true. If I hadn't run into people like that, I wouldn't be complaining about the doujins at all, I'd just roll my eyes and gloss over them as a pathetic attempt by someone to force Rydia into Rosa's place.

not only that, but that user more than likely didn't even buy the doujin, or support the artist's work in general (as is the case with a grand majority of hentai fans outside of Japan), so salarta probably has no right to complain.
