1.) Jpeg artifacts are not a valid flag reason.
2.) I don't think that it makes few sense that one can see the butt like this. The butt cheeks turn out visibly like that when bending over. The only point that is valid is the fact that her left butt cheek looks a bit smaller than her right one. But that is it.

what's with the down-votes, people? this person is making fair observation and critique. no waifus were harmed in this observation

I tested this pose with a model in MMD. It is NOT possible for the far butt cheek to peek out the way it is. The only way I could attain that result, would be if I twisted and rotated the waste-line until the butt cheek would peek out, which always left her pelvic line at around a 45° angle.

It's a shame, because you can easily see the artist really wanted to force out that specific angle for the sake of foreshortening and also be able to see a cute little butt crack in the panties, but(t) anatomically, you could at most see just over the peak of the nearest butt cheek at most.
