Because it isn't. Heck, Explicit-rated content is still a distinct minority of what gets uploaded here, last time I checked -- and even if that ratio was higher, Danbooru is not PornHub. Keep the horny comments to yourself, please; excessive garbage comments (including hornyposts) are bannable.
