Momiji was originally just a sprite art, so it's really hard to tell whether she has any wolf ears or even a tail to begin with. ZUN never made a clean portrait of her by himself, so fan artists went with the wolf ears + tail combo on their own.

Thanks , yea just read it myself lol . Weird bc she is a wolf yokai , she should have those but i guess that is ZUN for you lol , weird that he didn't draw them .

She does and doesn't have them in the same way that Aya does and doesn't have wings. It's either dependent on character perspective or a choice.
